About This Home

Chronically Cozy began with a simple hope—that people living with chronic illness could have a place that feels a little softer, a little quieter, and a little less lonely.

There are plenty of websites filled with medical information, research, and statistics. Those resources are important. But sometimes what we need most is a place that feels welcoming. A place where we can catch our breath, learn something new, and be reminded that we’re not walking this journey alone.

That’s the heart behind Chronically Cozy.

Whether you’ve come looking for practical resources, honest conversations, encouragement, or simply a quiet place to rest for a while, you’re welcome here.

Take what you need.

Leave what you don’t.

Come back anytime.

The porch light will always be on.

Meet the Neighbor

Hi, I’m Josie.

Like many of you, I know what it feels like to live with chronic illness. My own journey with fibromyalgia has been filled with questions, frustration, learning, and grace. Along the way, I found myself wishing there was a place that felt less like a medical website and more like sitting on a friend’s front porch, relaxing in the living room, or chatting around the kitchen table.

So I decided to build one.

A place where education meets compassion, practical tools meet gentle encouragement, and no one has to pretend they’re doing okay just to belong.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning after a difficult day, I hope you always feel welcome here.

I’m so glad you stopped by.

I hope you’ll stay awhile.
